How billing works
- Paid plans are billed annually — your price is locked for the year.

- A GST invoice for your purchase is emailed after payment.
- Extra user seats are ₹299/year; add-ons are available.
The founding offer
The first 50–100 businesses get the full ₹9,999 Shakti plan free for a year, in exchange for honest, real-world feedback. If that's you, apply on the launch-offer page.
Troubleshooting
A feature I want is greyed out
Fix: It's likely on a higher plan — the plan badge tells you which. Upgrade anytime without losing data.
I didn't get my purchase invoice
Fix: It's emailed within 24 hours of payment; check spam, or contact support with your payment reference.
