5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data or your business data. We share data only as needed to run the Services and as described below:

  • Payment gateway — Razorpay, to process plan purchases securely.
  • Legal & regulatory — where required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data storage, location & security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging and automated backups to protect your data.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for maintaining your own periodic exports/backups of critical data.
