This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to MGH Books provided by Mystical Glow Hub. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Free plan
The Shuruat (free) plan is free of charge, so no payment, refund or cancellation fee applies. You may stop using it at any time.
2. Paid plans & billing
Paid plans are billed annually in advance and are activated once payment is confirmed. A GST invoice is provided for your purchase. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel auto-renewal or choose not to renew at any time; your plan then remains active until the end of the paid term.
- On expiry, your account moves to the free plan (where eligible) or limited access; your data is retained per our Privacy Policy so you can export it.
4. Refunds
Because plans are annual and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review it in good faith. Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method through our payment gateway (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days of approval.
5. Founding offer
Under the Founding Customer Program, eligible businesses receive the plan free for a year in exchange for feedback. As no fee is charged, no refund applies; participation may end if eligibility conditions are not met.
6. Add-ons & extra seats
Add-ons and extra user seats are billed as described at purchase and follow the same refund principles as paid plans.
7. How to request
To cancel or raise a refund request, email supportbooks@mghaiapps.com or customercarebooks@mghaiapps.com with your registered details and payment reference.
