You own the data you put into MGH Books. We act as a processor to provide the service — storing, processing and presenting your records so you can run your business. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

MGH Books is built for Indian businesses and is designed to operate in line with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), as they come into force and are clarified by rules.
While we take strong measures to protect your data, no system can guarantee absolute security. Our responsibilities, and the important limitations on our liability — including in respect of data loss — are set out in our Terms of Service. We strongly recommend you also keep your own periodic exports/backups of critical data.
