Not happy with your paid annual plan? Request a full refund within 30 days of payment — no hard feelings.
For any paid annual plan purchased directly from us, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the date of payment. We will refund the amount you paid for that plan to your original payment method.
After the 30-day window, the annual subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of that term. You can still cancel to ensure the plan does not renew for the next year — you will simply retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through our payment partner, Razorpay. Once initiated, it typically takes 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank/card issuer. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Any applicable taxes already remitted to the government will be handled in accordance with law.
If a paid feature is not working as described, contact support first — we will try to fix it promptly. If we cannot, you remain entitled to the remedies in this policy and to your non-excludable rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We may change plan prices or this policy from time to time; changes apply to future purchases and renewals, not to a refund already due to you. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
