Dashboard

The Dashboard is your cockpit β€” open it in the morning and in ten seconds you know how much you sold, who hasn't paid, what's running low, and whether you're making money. Every number is calculated live from your own entries, and every card is a doorway: tap it to act. Here's how to read it like a pro.

πŸ“Š Daily Work πŸ“ The app's home tab ⏱ ~6 min read βœ… All plans

Read this first β€” what the Dashboard is

βš–οΈ Being straight with you
  • The numbers are only as complete as your data. Missing invoices or bills mean under-counted cards β€” enter as you go.
  • Some cards are plan-gated (e.g. Vendor Risk on Samridhi+), and a few only appear when there's something worth flagging.
  • It summarises; it doesn't decide. The Dashboard points you at what needs attention β€” the action is yours.

Step 1 β€” Choose the time period

At the top is a period selector. It changes what every card measures:

PeriodUse it to…
TodaySee today's takings and activity
Week / FortnightTrack the last several days
Month / QuarterReview a normal business cycle
Half Year / YearSee the bigger trend
CustomPick any date range you like

Many cards also show a small change indicator comparing this period to the one before β€” a quick "up or down vs last time".

Step 2 β€” Read your KPI cards

Each card shows a number and a hint. Here's what every card means, why it matters, and what to do if it looks off:

FAQ

What's the difference between Outstanding and Overdue?

Outstanding (AR) is everything customers still owe; Overdue is the part that's past due. Chase overdue first.

Why don't I see the Vendor Risk card?

It's Samridhi+, and only appears when a vendor is genuinely at-risk or your spend is concentrated.

Do the numbers update automatically?

Yes β€” the moment you record a sale, bill or payment, the cards recalculate. No refresh needed.

Can I change what the cards measure?

Use the period selector. The cards always reflect the selected period (and FY where noted, like Net Profit).
