This guide explains what each plan gives you, how to choose, and exactly how paying works — step by step, with nothing buried in fine print.
Read this first — how plans work
- There are 5 plans, one free and four paid. Each higher plan includes everything in the plans below it, plus more.
- The free plan (Shuruat) is real — no card, no time limit, unlimited invoices/parties/items.
- Paid plans are yearly. You pay once for 12 months; the price is locked for the year.
- Your plan follows your account, not your device — it applies wherever you log in.
- You can upgrade whenever you need a feature. Hit a locked feature and the app shows exactly which plan unlocks it.

- Shuruat is genuinely free — no card required, no expiry, unlimited GST invoices, parties and items.
- Paid plans are billed annually only. There's no monthly option — the annual price is the best, locked rate.
- We never see or store your card. Payment runs entirely through Razorpay; verification happens on our server.
- You get a proper GST invoice for paid plans, emailed within 24 hours. Enter your GSTIN at checkout to have it on the invoice.

How to upgrade & pay — step by step
Open the Pricing page
Go to the Pricing page. (Inside the app, tapping a feature your plan doesn't include shows an upgrade prompt that brings you here.)
Choose a plan and tap Buy
Click Buy <Plan>. A secure payment form opens right on the page.
Enter your details
Name, 10-digit mobile, Email, and optionally your company and GSTIN (GSTIN only if you want it on the GST invoice).
Pay securely via Razorpay
Tap 🔒 Pay Securely via Razorpay. The Razorpay window opens — pay by UPI, Card, Net Banking or NEFT/RTGS. It's 256-bit SSL encrypted.
You're upgraded
Once payment is verified, your plan activates on your account and a GST invoice is emailed within 24 hours. Refresh/log in and the new features are unlocked.

- MGH Books never receives your card/UPI credentials; you enter them in Razorpay's secure window.
- Every payment is verified on our server with a signature check before your plan activates — so a half-finished payment can't wrongly unlock or charge.

Neha runs Shuruat. She wants a POS counter screen, which is Pragati. She taps the POS feature, sees the upgrade prompt, goes to Pricing, buys Pragati by UPI, and POS unlocks — all her existing data intact.
📖 A CA buying Shakti for clients
A CA firm buys Shakti (₹9,999/yr) to manage up to 30 client companies under one branded dashboard — about ₹333 per client for the year. They enter the firm's GSTIN for the GST invoice.
📖 Upgrading mid-year
Half-way through the year Imran's business grows and he needs Balance Sheet + ledgers (Samridhi). He simply buys Samridhi from the Pricing page; the higher features switch on immediately.

Troubleshooting

FAQ
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — Shuruat is free forever, no card, with unlimited GST invoices, parties and items, plus core reports like Profit & Loss.
Can I pay monthly?
No — all paid plans are annual. This keeps the price low and your service uninterrupted for the full year.
Will I lose data if I upgrade or downgrade?
No. Your data stays; your plan only changes which features are unlocked.
How do I get the GST invoice with my GSTIN?
Enter your GSTIN in the payment form. The GST invoice is emailed within 24 hours.
Can I see what each plan unlocks before buying?
Yes — the Pricing page has a full comparison, and every module guide lists its plan-availability (e.g. CA Reports).
